It's a Sexy Life
Nickel and Dime at the Towne Cinema
"...Intelligent stuff worth of Talking Heads or VU status"
Recorded by our good friend and then bass player Don McCollister, with Andrew Simmons on drums. Susan and I took a week off work and we made a record. We had no idea what we sounded like, really, until the thing was done. Many beers were consumed during the making of this album. We got into SXSW and got a nice review in the Austin Chronicle Don and Andrew got into a fist fight outside the club in Austin after we played. It was a long and quiet drive home.
